In Silence we truly find all the answers.
Its this time of the year where we gather to share intentions of being well, happy and safe, to find peace and slow down, to silent our speech, thoughts, attachments, judgments and desires and connect with our soul, intuition and god. We gather to commit to focus only on the self, listen to the heart and silent the ego.
Our 3rd run of our yearly silent retreat will be a bit different, will learn a long the way from our students, we learn about their needs and we try our best to fulfill them the enjoy an optimum and especial experience.
Why silence?
Contemplation, detachment, acceptance are all words that will click with you during a silent retreat.
In our busy life, and without noticing, we got used to distraction and stress. This distraction and stress add on threads to the veil that has been building since we are born.
We sometimes distract ourselves with healthy habits like reading, painting, music…etc. But think about how scary to think of the idea of sitting with your own self doing nothing, nothing at all! Some people feel uncomfortable with the idea, others feel scared, because we are not used to spend time on our own without any distraction, we are note used to conform our own traumas, fights, emotions and thoughts, which eventually harm us indirectly.
Sometimes we don’t even know a lot of things about ourselves.
In silence, we remove all the distractions, we stop talking, and we start to listen, listen to our heart, observe our thoughts, learn more about our feelings.
Will I feel bored?
It depends on your approach and your mind set, if you are joining the retreat with an open heart & mind to learn, change and transform, you won’t feel the time.
If you are resisting and clinging into stereotype of thinking that in silence you have nothing to do, then no one will change your mind.
In a silent retreat you will be very busy discovering yourself through a lot of spiritual practices, through out the day you will be meditating, practicing yoga and sound healing, eating healthy food, sleeping well, you will reset.
Your main practice will be staying in the current moment, learning to let go your attachments to things, thoughts and emotion, Learning to be kind to yourself and all living beings around you, learning to accept and work on developing yourself from a place of love with no judgment or anger. In silence you will learn to listen to your heart and connect to your intuition and control your ego.

It's just you, your mat, your yoga and meditation practice. Its time to make friends with your own self and get to know you better.
Its ok to feel some emotional roller coaster, its part of the experience
